Similar to almost anybody who's interested in photography, I never imagined a future when digital cameras and computers could so dramatically transform the way photos are made and shared. In some way, it really does seem miraculous. These days not only does just about everyone have a camera in their telephone, we don't even need film to make  pictures. Next thing you know, we  won't need a stove  to cook food. Anyway, here are some samples of my work. Please scroll all the way down the page. And if we've met, there's a chance you'll see a picture of yourself.

Hello. If you are looking for a strangely aloof professional photographer who knows that every click of the shutter creates a truly impressive piece of art to be treasured for the ages, I'm probably not your guy. Scratch the "probably." I take a huge number of photos and I work to get the images you want to see, not the ones I think I can sell later at galleries where the cost of overhead makes for crazy prices. I'm easy to work with and because people look better in photographs taken when they are relaxed and happy, I'm patient enough to wait for those moments (especially during situations which can be more stressful than fun).

Conversations are better than posted price lists, so let's talk about what you want as a finished product. The number and sizes of prints, for example, has a huge impact upon pricing. And if you're not sure about prints, don't sweat it. Whether you need prints from me or you'd like to make them yourself, after the photo shoot, I'll present you with a DVD (more than one, if necessary) containing all* the photos from our session. Usually, you can count on at least 100 images for every hour that I'm taking pictures. Unlike some people (who hold your files or negatives for ransom by claiming to own them), the photos I take will belong to you. No strings, simple, easy.
